Suggestions for lighting on a 29 gal.

Hi Group,
I am looking for suggestions on lighting for my sons 29 gal tank. I will be keeping mushrooms, xenia, polyps, maybe a hammer coral and live rock. My thoughts were on getting a canopy style fixture with either 2 vhos and 1 175w mh or 2 cfs anf a 175w mh. Any input would be helpful. thank you in advance.

The two VHO's would likely be fine for the softies, if you decided to add SPS or LPS then you could add a 150/175 MH.

I have kept alot of softies and LPSs under PCs. Right now I have a 29G with them in it with a 2x55W PC over it, I did have them under NO lighting for about 3 or 4 weeks, they did fine and even grew some, not much but some.
