Because I have a free account, I am limited to 100 responses Therefore, I must create a new survey that is essentially identical to the previous.

If you already took the survey, there is no need to take it again (unless it is for a new fish or tank). If you were closed out before, please click below. the results will be combined, so there is no impact on taking it then or now.
