And heres my response:
Thank you for your reply Honestly I wasn't even expecting one. Your introductory video is portraying pretty much everything you shouldn't do when it comes to fish keeping.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. You aren't providing a good start in educating those new to the hobby. I agree with you when you say that a bigger the tank doesn't necessarily guarantee being successful but it sure as hell is a much better starting point then the BioBubble. There is no way the tanks illustrated with the 5 Clown fish/Flame angel and the tank with the two grouper will be successfully kept long term. One example, The clownfish will pair up, and when they do will become aggressive, protecting their territory, There is not enough space for them all to have their own territories, They will kill each other, or get stressed out because of the constant chasing and fin nipping to the point of becoming more susceptible to ich/other diseases and dying that way.Heck at the size the clownfish are now one is too big for that tank let alone five, and they will atleast double in size, On top of that you throw in a flame angel and while they are one of the smaller species of angel fish, it still will outgrow that tank
The groupers will simply Grow larger then the BioBubble itself, no amount of filtration will make a fish three times the size of the tank fit, and there's two in there along with a decorative centerpiece which looks like it takes up a good 75% of the already severely limited space.
Exciting, engaging and creating interest among new hobbyists is great. Im all for getting more people into keeping aquariums. But they should be educated properly. They should research the areas they're interested in learn about the creatures they're responsible for keeping alive, You say you are dedicated to educating you clients about all aspects of fish keeping, But you're teaching them wrong. Cramming lots of pretty fish in your tiny tank and telling them its ok to do the same is not being responsible, its bad information but it helps you sell more product which at the end of the day is what its all about.
Why not keep the tank with the 5 clown fish and the angel running for 9 months. Testing water parameters bi weekly and posting the results along with videos of the tank and its progress on youtube. Publish your maintenance rituals as well
