Too much flow? Enough light?

I'm in the process of setting up a 210 gallon reef tank. There's already a large pump around that I'm considering using for the closed loop, but as it would theoretically move 23 times the volume of the tank in an hour instead of 10, I'm wondering if it wouldn't produce too much flow.

It's the Dolphin 4800SP.

Also, would 400 watts of PC actinic and 750 watts of metal halide lights be sufficient for lighting it?

I may not produce too much flow, but you don't need a pump that handles that much head pressure for a closed loop. The wattage is ver high in high head pressure pumps. Check out the Sequence Dart. Not much difference in flow, but the wattage is much less.
