My Trident began having test errors for B and C. Checked it and it seems the stir bar is not spinning. Then looked a little deeper and noticed the fan under the cuvette is not working. I followed Neptune's online guide and still no go. Anyone else ever have this issue and were you able to fix it? I don't really feel like sending it back to Neptune.
