I am not sure if this belongs in the vendor experiences forum. I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience using this online vendor to purchase fish from? If you did, how well did the livestock look on arrival? and how was the customer service experience?

Try looking at their RC sub forum (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=563) to get some reviews. You might have to adjust it from last 30 days to a little longer...

I bought some corals from them, not fish. They had excellent customer service. I had also bought some equipment from them when I first set up the tank. One part broke in shipping and they were quick to send a replacement. Shipping the livestock requires at least a few days advance planning. Everything was well packaged and delivered exactly on time. They are great to talk to on the phone too.

Thanks, i read through some of the RC posts, and they seem to be highly reputable. However, they do have a 150 dollar minimum for livestock orders, so this might deter me from purchasing from them.

If i do end up placing an order, i will let you all know how it goes.

I've purchased from them several times. They are my favorite online vendor. The customer service is awesome, the corals and fish I've received are always in excellent condition and packed very well. I HIGHLY recommend this vendor.
