Here is how it looks on my 80 frag tank. I slipped a brace in the center to stop the edges from bowing in to much.
Puff Daddy, where did you get the clips that you are using? I've looked for something similar but haven't had any luck.
This is what I did. It's clear poly screen on an acrylic frame. Ya can get the screen and just roll it into an aluminum frame for window screens. The clear stuff is nice as it allows light to pass through. The pond net will block some light and isn't fine enough to stop a small fish from maybe getting out. At least the net I have for my pond isn't

I saw a forum post once that you can bend that metal with a heat gun to for a curve to match that overflow. I'll see if I can find it again. Looked great! Here is how it looks on my 80 frag tank. I slipped a brace in the center to stop the edges from bowing in to much.

Get 3/4 komatex/azek from local lumber yard, cut into strips staple plastic clear door screen, measure so it fits right into the glass canopy grooves, unless you have a rimless in which you need to hog out the 3/8" for the glass
Cheers, the remorseful goby keeper
