I am thinking about buying a small fully enclosed tank for my college dorm. I am looking to a system that requires little set up.

as much as i would love to put up like a 55 gallon tank i dont think the school would like that too much.

I am just wondering what company you thinks makes the best system. I’m thinking something in the 8 to 15 gallon range. What do you all think?

i am selling a 12 gallon aqua pod with a new stand. the stand is still in the box never opend and the tank has ben all cleaned ready for sale

do you have any pictures? where are you located i am definately interested. how long has it been up? any extras?? email me with more info at glewis121 at gmail .com

From what I hear the nanocubes *can* be good if you do all the proper mods. But I'm not sure if modding is still considered easy to set.

BTW, a lot depends on what you want to keep. So what do you want to have in your cube?

It will probably be a few zoas and rics. and a fish or two. not a lot of stuff. nothing that requires a lot of light. the bioload will be pretty low.

You probably wouldn't need any mods then. You might want to ask on nano-reef.com

I agree with checking out nano-reef.com, great resource for the nano set.

I have an Oceanic Biocube 29g and it's been great so far. Not much moding needed. Replaced bioballs with filter floss and added a Koralia. But there are tons of mods that can be done.
