What is this?

Got some wierd stuff growing on my back wall (the green /pink stuff)

Can someone help me id? Any indication of tank overall health?

ps - Not talking about the coraline, but the puffier foamy looking stuff.

Looks like yellow and purple sponges. Always nice to have sponges growing.

Agreed just looks like sponges... Nothing to worry about I have them everywhere...

A few of those yellow/green sponges have appeared in my tank as well. Sponges=good.
