spaghetti/medusa..... gooooood stuff. A real poop patrol critter!

oh im so glad I found this thread. I was wondering what all these tenticle things where in my sand bed. im guessing the body is under the sand and the tenticles feel around for food.

They will also take advantage of any nook and/or cranny in live rock to settle in. The tentacles can get real long. I had one in my 75G that could clean a footprint larger than a softball. When I took the system apart, I paid special attention in finding that bugger and transferring him to my seahorse tank.

I have TONS of those! they multiply like crazy...and thats the only critter my sixline wont wipe out.

Good. They don't hurt anything. Sometime when they hang out at the base of corals they can tend to accumulate detritus around them, but no big deal.
