What type of lighting do you run.

I was just wondering what the most popular type of lighting people used on there tanks...
I am going to be upgrading from PC, and cant decide what to upgrade to.

I might do a Retro,
Pictures would be cool.

I have a 65w PC that kicks on & off - also used when I need to work on the tank when I need MH off
I have a 65w LOA PC on the sump, but haven't been using it
I have a 175w MH over 1/2 of my 75g frag
and 80w NO over all of the 75g - growing macro on one side

I would consider vho for actinics the differance from pc is just so noticable but thats the what I was running before the vho
