What's the best Media for a Bio Cube

I'm new to saltwater and just seeing if someone can help me out with Media

protein skimmer #1 thing you will need, prolly a power head as added flow wont hurt

I keep the middle chamber filled with rock rubble and a purigen pillow. I also put a phophate pad between the first and second chambers.

i never used a protein skimmer on a biocube, dont feel its needed if u keep up on water changes. imo

Chemi pure elite is my favorite. And a skimmer is not needed if water changes are completed on a regular basis
