When to change the lights of reef aquarium?

Hello,

I have been running same lights that came with my red sea max 130D (55W 10000°K/Actinic Compact Fluorescent Lamps) for around 9 months now. I keep them on for 10.5hrs every day.

There is no apparant problem with the lights but I feel it might be time for change based on what I read.

Do you advise to replace them? and how often should I replace these lights?

For corals, I mostly have zoas/palys with few LPS corals and softies.

I have run CF,T5 and currently MH and change them out anywhere between 9 to 12 months. May not see any visible issues but the PAR readings will be lower.
