Not sure where to get one, but I did have an issue once and just ordered a new float valve for the same parts.

I can't really tell from the pic what the fitting does. Is it just a compression fitting to connect the tubing? If so bring it with you to Home Depot or Lowe's and they may have something that can work for you.

Can you just use a John guest threaded male fitting? Looks like that one you have is a plastic compression fitting? What was it for?
