Where do I put this Acan?

I've got a 90g tank, 2x250w MHs, 2x65w PCs. It is doing okay on the sand for now, just curious if I should leave it there or move it up a bit higher. What's the current opinion?

I hope that's what he meant, because I don't think it would grow very well in the implied alternative location. Thanks for the input, everyone, that's what I thought, just wanted to make sure!
