white dots on my turbo sails

I have abunch of white dots on both my 2 turbo snails that I just noticed today and they were not there yesterday. I just did a big tank change but I did not add any new livestock. they are small hard white bumps that i cannot remove with my fingernail. I tried getting a picture but i dont have a camera that is good enough to take a clear pic of the dots. they are very small and there is a lot of them on one snail and only about 10 on the other. I dont think they are any kind of worm or ich.

Stuff grows on my snails all the time. Coraline algae, misc critters, tiny white barnacle like things, etc. Snails can't get ich as far as I know. The snails are probably fine, just have something growing on them. More key to keep the tank parameters good for inverts. Snails can get parasites though, so can look it up. The only one may be pyramid snails. Similar to what infects clams. But those should be rather easily removable.
