Who's coming!. Our first meeting of the year at the Marine Science Magnet High School in Groton Connecticut is tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. . The school has graciously offered a $100 gift certificate to be raffled off. The club has a few "friends" coming in today who will also be getting new homes tomorrow. Don't miss it it's going to be a good time.

That's great! I hope you can make it. I don't have an actual schedule for the meeting but it'll go pretty much like this. Welcome everybody to the meeting, a little discussion about the club and what we hope to achieve, the school will give us a tour, and afterwards we will do some drawings and the school open their tanks for Coral sales.

We had a great first meeting! We were very happy with the turnout and it was nice to see some old faces and meet some people we only know by screen names. A big thank you to the Marine Science Magnet High School in Groton Connecticut for having us out there and being great hosts. I think everybody had a great time. They have a really nice collection of corals and all frag sales go to support the school programs. Here's a few pictures.

I had a good time, bought some nice frags and even won a citron gobie. I think the more clubs and people involved in the hobby, the better it is for all of us. I wish CTARS the best of luck.
