From my understanding, the majority of them change back to their normal colors once in captivity. Maybe @StourysReef or @Jcreef or @Humblefish can chime in.

Better put a cover on. No but seriously I would rather invest in equipment and a tank upgrade before spending all that $$ on one fish.
