put a bulkhead on it and cap off the bulkhead...probably going to have to cut a hole in a piece of plywood and put the tank on that though or the tank would wobble

I know what to do.
Not enough room for bulkhead I am going to use Clear Acrylic Adhesive to seal the pipe.. I am going to have a 1" pipe drain going down into a ten gallon sump and with have a 1/2" return come threw the middle of the drain into the filter and use the filter as a polisher and the water flow of the tank.
