The biggest issue now with LEDS (much, much arguing on RC) is spectrum in the 420 nm wavelength, which is supposedly the wavelength most used by corals. So, at least as far as the argument against LED's is concerned, that unit looks to have 4 LED's with 410-420nm's. That's good but isn't tons. You also may want to consider supplementing with some T5 pure actinics to raise your 420nm intensity. I personally don't have much intensity in the 420nm range on my LED's and am supplementing with T5's for that reason, which really does seem to help.
Looks like a good unit though, let us know how it does and what optics you went with. One word of caution switching from MH/T5 to LED-- many of us bleached out our corals right away. LED's have crazy amount of PUR per PAR, much higher than MH/T5, so I would start really low and acclimate higher when you first start out. For me, it seemed like they were normal intensity until a few weeks later when even my zoa skirts were white.
