Saw one about 6" long tonite, and not even entire thing. There were 4-5 total. Wish I thought to grab a pic.

First time I saw a bigger one come out of a rock I was just handling freaked me out.

They are part of your clean up crew, I don't view them as bad.
If they bother you then I would try an re-home them, maybe your sump or someone else's

That's really funny, I was just cleaning out my sump yesterday and saw a huge one extruding out from a live rock! Freaked me the hell out! Last time I noticed them they were barely 1/4"

I'm in the minority but I can't stand them. Especially when they get big. And numerous.

Get a Coral Banded shrimp.
They eat those up pretty quickly.
