June meeting striped bass fishing after party

I've heard of some reports that they're up that far. There was plenty down in Weymouth/Hingham last weekend.

Fishing reports say they are catching them in boston harbor on the incoming tide. Depending what time we get to plum island, the tide will be coming in. Low tide is at 1:26pm and high tide is at 7:23pm. The reports said they were hitting mackerel and some minnow lures.

Ironically this weekend you do NOT need a liscense either. The 7th and 8th is free fishing fresh or salt.

Caught a bunch of schoolies today while collecting stuff for the touch tank. Let's hope they're further up north.

schoolies are fun bring light tackle , my favorite catch ever was a 28 inch on a med weight freshwater rod with 10 lb line . took me half an hour to land that bad boy

If anyone has a extra striper filets they can part with, I would be interested and would gladly throw you some cash.
Never had striper, but my crew loves seafood of all types. My kids even chow on nori if I don't watch them.
