When should I replace LEDs

I am running 2 AI Sols on outside and 2 AI vegas on inside of 48" 150. The sols I bought new about 5 years ago and the vegas used a few months back. All the lights seem to be working fine, corals are doing great, but I'm thinking the sols gotta be near the end of their life. So my question is this, do LEDs dim over time or will they just stop working? Thanks for any input.

The white LEDs on my 4-year-old Innovative Marine light fixture have faded quite a bit. In fact, although they are "on" the difference between running only blue and running blue and whites together is barely noticeable. It looks like a pure 450 nm fixture. I don't know what brand or type diodes Innovative Marine used.

I read a comparison of Epistar and CREE diodes that seemed to indicate a 25% to 28% "attenuation" after 10,000 hours is to be expected.

About 4 years. Then buy replacement pucks for them if you want to keep the same lights.
