Anemone ID ?

Looks like a condylactis to me. I have one at the top of the tank under T5's. It hasn't moved in years.
 
A lot depends on what it is. I have never tried one in a biocube, but if it's a condy or bubble tip, it will probably just move to the highest rock it can find and be o.k. I would think 6-8 hours a day would be enough. Those lights are only a couple of inches from the water. If it's a long tentacle, you might have a problem. I think those like to stay on the sandbed, but I don't know how much light they need.
