Thank you for that, I just wanted a little buddy in my bedroom because my parents would never allow a huge tank on the third floor for obvious reasons. Not to mention he's pretty badass. What if I combined him with a blenny too?If you’re wondering if the fish will die due to the small size, probably not. Lionfish don’t swim around much even in the wild unlike tangs and wrasses or such so you should be good.
I’m sure many people would be against the idea though.
Just consider you might get bored of that tank after some time since you’ll be pretty limited to what you can add to it.

HaOnly if you want to feed it blennys...
I would recommend a larger tank for nutrient and biofiltration.

fuzzy or zebra?I have a fuzzy dwarf, he is full grown so he is about 6-7". I think he would be crowded in a 14 gallon.
My feeling is just because you "can" does not mean you "should."
Wow Ok gotcha, well what about the zebra and if not that maybe a Valentini puffer? Or if neither of them any other cool fish?
