Day 1 sch 80 plumbing. ended up getting a late start. 90 percent mocked up. just need to glue a few things tomorrow and install some unions at the sump. #exhausted

Day 2 - finished all of the plumbing and started laying out my DIY controller board which mounts into the stand frames of my 170 EXT. Here is the reef2reef thread for the custom clips which lock into the APS stand (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/im-cam-lock-control-board-brackets.874266/)

So new Gyre XF350CE wave pumps arrived today.

I started putting together controller board #2 this will have (3) MP40 controllers Thr Gyre XF 350 dual pump controller. Various Ca Reactor Pump and (2) Inkbird heater controllers. heater controllers should be here tomorrow so hopefully can mount and plan all hole drilling locations for both boards.

Lastly I ordered one more set of APS cam locks and I have one more set of the 3D printed clips from @Chris.Reef to install one more backboard to mount my UV to. it will fit perfectly right above the sump.

installed a run of panduit for all of my probe wiring from tank, sump to the control board to keep separate from line voltage. I also install under tank lighting.

DIY PVC Controller board #1 ready to go just waiting for the power brick mounts and I can install this on the back and install in the stand

I think I have 1 more 6’ piece I’ll sell it to you at a discount as I don’t need the other piece and a 1’ piece. I’ll look when I get back from dinner.

Spent a couple more hours tonight working control board # 1. It’s all prepped waiting for grey grommets to be printed and installed. This board will mount to another backboard with 3” firing so all wiring to be nicely tucked behind. this board will also hook on with an upper and lower french cleats for easy removal if required for service.

I just received the same setup myself looking forward to setting up.
Tank arrived 3 days early and my wife was in a panic i was away on business LOL.
