Uploading videos for discussion??

Is there any way to make a thread section where we can upload “short videos” for discussion on active activity without having to download video to external source and then send viewers elsewhere to watch said video. I only see options to post photos, not video.

Have to use a third party like iCloud, Google photos, YouTube or video them post the link, it'll embed into the post.

have to post to utube and then post the li k to it here
 
When we upgrade the server to a higher tier, it'll be hem be possible but it's very expensive to do so.
 
Yeah, I understand that. Just didn’t know if that was something that the people that run the website might be able to work on as a possibility. Posting videos direct.

it requires a substantially increased cost for server space to post videos
 
I checked our storage and we can try it out since we have some room. Xenforo limits video upload size to 8mb so if you want to upload a video I wouldn’t go above 720p and keep it short to minimize file size. A better option is to upload videos to a YouTube account and share the link here. We have addons installed that allow the video to play here and not redirect to YouTube. Example below.
