Hey all. Just wondering this guy on EBay. I know always a risk but have had good experiences with the vendor. Well this guy decided to encrust onto the shell and only really visible when the clam mantle is receded. Any ideas good bad or otherwise on this guy!!?!

Google Lens says it's a Leaf Scorpionfish. LOL. Obviously not though. Have you tried contacting the seller?

I’ve got a couple like that on my Christmas tree worm rocks they are harmless little filter feeders. I’d say leave it unless it starts bothering the clam then remove at that point.
