so after the sump incident I decided to make a drip pan which can capture 6 gal of water. also will contain any water so leak detection will go off much sooner because it will be trapped to here at least if not a major catastrophe

Started hood skeleton last night. So much over thinking with this. it will have a full removable front panel. this will sit even with tank to match APS stand look. Poplar frame and using 3/4” PVC sheets for the skirt. More photos to follow.

So today I had a little time to build the new light rack for the 3 GHL mitras to mount onto. It’s been a slow roll. Still waiting for my replacement sump to ship. I also decided to make the front canopy door be able to flip up instead of having to remove it. Just waiting for a few stainless screws to finish dry fitting everything. with the hood build. I’ll strip i’d down and paint all of the wood with white pond armor to protect it from the salt water then put it all together.

I know bashea has been in the midst of working and opening Legasea , hopefully that isn't what's delaying them

Got a hold of them finally. So their cutting table has a laser issue which they have been trying to resolve and get repaired. This is why they were unable to build the sump in my color. I told them just send me a blue one so it is now supposed to ship out as they had blue in stock. Could have just told me that at the beginning geeze, communication is key here folks . GHL lights should hopefully ship out next week as a shipment of lights Inwas told is expected stateside this week sometime. fingers crossed!
