I have been in the hobby about 25 years. Always been a fan of reefing and also aggressive fish only tanks hence why I have both now as an adult. I have never pulled the trigger on a golden puffer before until today. He is awesome looking! Going into qt for a month before going in the 180!

Put the big guy in the tank tonight after QT. My gold bar maroon is trying to keep him away from his section of the tank. 4” gold bar bullying a 12” golden puffer wasn’t on my bingo card lol

I've come to the conclusion that clowns are fearless just due to raw stupidity. I've kept a lot of large/aggressive freshwater species over my 30~ years on the FW side of things. I can safely say in my last 5 years of reefing I've been bit more by my ocellaris than all the FW "brutes" combined. Gorgeous puffer btw!
