Fish foods/feeding strategies

Opening up a discussion on what people feed their fishes and what feeding strategies they do to keep a balance between nutrients and water quality. I am curious to learn what you guys do.

I have a 120g+30g sump so 100g total water volume give or takes.
4 large fish 6"+ (3 tangs and a foxface)
5 wrasses and a few small/medium fish

I feed 2 cubes of frozen mysis mixed with vita chem and spirulina powder, mixed of pellets and a few NLS algae wafers, twice a day.

To upkeep, skimmer/filter socks weekly, 20g WC biweekly to keep my water quality not go crazy. NP levels average around 30ppm and 1ppm respectively, I don't really check. Mixed reef and acros don't seem to complain.

What do you guys do in terms of feeding? I am tempted to simplify my food mix

1-2 sheets of nori daily, big pinch of flakes and frozen 1-3 times weekly. no3 is in the 50's and po4 is higher than I like but acros grow just fine.

8"+ Blonde Naso
7-8" Desjardini Sailfin
Couple other decent sized fish, few smaller guys and girls too. Multiple times per week I turkey baste the rocks and syphon the detritus out. I run a power filter on my sump to help with that mess.
Bubble King Deluxe 200 does the heavy lifting and I can usually go about 10-14 days before emptying a full cup.
Actual water changes in, I can't even remember the last time I did one as I run the Reef Moonshiners method. I do skim heavy and wet so that's my water change I guess.
Tank is a 200 with 74 gallon sump so roughly 240 gallons total.

150'ish mls of phyto dosed three times and then one cube for three tanks with 9 total fish daily'ish but I stink at it and I am in the works of doing a DIY frozen food feeder and setting up automatic pellet feeder to feed the tanks 2-4 times a day in smaller amounts.

Very glad to see I am not the only one with crazy high NP levels, those are nice shots Paul! I did find frozen twice a day in my tank tend to pollute water real fast and I am leaning towards feeding more dry and less frozen. I can see the oil on the surface after I feed frozen. Thanks for sharing!

Haha more DIY on the way Dave that's cool. I been trying to find a pellet feeder that feed smaller amounts, the eheim that I have dump a bunch each time and I stopped using it.

Thanks for sharing guys!

On a separate notes have you guys heard that Polo reef had a tank crash over the weekend...
