@Sid2022 I would have to agree with El Presidente and it's probably easier and cheaper to buy a new tank plus you would get the peace of mind knowing it was assembled properly unless you're a glazer and know about making tanks.

If committed to repair, Brad's glass in Canton has helped me in the past. A 24"x 24" low iron panel with the matching beveled top edge was under $200.00

There is a large number of folks that hold Red Sea tanks in the "no thanks" category even if free. This likely due to the disturbing habit of the front panel falling off when full. Its a risk I don't recommend messing with. I don't know the actual reason, but I believe they used a poor grade of silicone or contamination issues prior to preparation and assembly. What I can tell you is it isn't the fault of the glass. The real question is do you really want to take on the process for a relatively easily replaced tank? What's your time worth, cost of materials to prep and reassemble, do you have corner clamps or a jig fixture etc.

I'm rebuilding a Red Sea 900XXL. It was dropped and the bottom cracked before it ever even got wet. I've been working on it for too long to tell you and offer these words as a caution.

Go buy a 60B at Petco next time they're on sale. It will cost less than the panel you need and has a warranty.

Good luck whatever you decide, but know that brand of tank is looked upon as crap.
