GinaD

Very Happy Red Sox Reefer
I'm not looking for a nano, but was wondering if anyone was aware of 20 or 30 gal RR tanks anywhere. Maybe a tall, hex, or cube.
Thx.

Very!
Thanks, Ray.
You going to the Auction?

if your looking at the aqua pod. give the oceanic bio cube a look. b just set me up with one for a puffer tank for my wife. but not sure if that is actualy what your looking for. take care

I have a 30g Oceanic cube drilled. I ordered a corner overflow box from wetdryfilter.com and had B at AG drill it. I then put a durso standpipe on it. It is silent! My tank is 18 x 20 x 20. Got a 150 mh 20,000k on it.

I have a drilled 30 gal cube at work that I made a false back overflow and it turned out very nice! The 30gal cubes are great size tanks. The only downside is the small footprint limits the size of sump you can squeeze under without having a custom one built.

Gina:

I have one of Ray's 20 gallon RR tank and you are welcome to drop by to take a look.

I'm am using a 8 x 20 wetdry with bio-balls removed. Gonna order a 16 x 16 x16 acrylic tank from glass cages for $65 and modify it for skimmer, fuge and return area. Have Weld-on will travel :)

IMO on this size tank, having one that's been drilled as opposed to factory reef ready is the way to go - especially cost-wise. I looked into the same thing about a year ago and decided to get a 38G stock tank and have it drilled. Works great.
