Have your LFS order them, they are cheap. Not worth messing with

Not sure exactly what type of plastic hinge you're looking for. When I was building my canopy, I found this place when I was looking for hinges... http://www.hardwaresource.com/index.asp They've got pretty much any kind of hinge you can think of.
