Low Level Phosphate Test

Can anyone recommend a phosphate test that can accurately measure phosphate levels below 0.01 ?

the only reliable method is a photometer Chuck.
Hanna makes one for about $170.
The club owns one and does testing at the meetings if you don't want to drop $170 for one.

Not sure on the merk.
The photometer is held by the club and they have a water testing station set up at the meeting.
You just bring a sample and they test for you.I think it is $5 for a complete test of parameters calc,alk,mg,sg,PO4
Someone in the know may have a better idea on the price.
