Quick question on RO/DI water

I bought a couple 5g re-sealable jugs from Skiptons 3 weeks ago. I used all of them right away except for 1 jug full. It never occured to me, but I want to use it now but it's been sitting for 3 weeks and now i'm not sure if it's still useable because it hasn't been heated or circulated. What do you think?

As long the jugs were clean to begin with then the water will stay good for quite a long time. There's nothing in the water to allow it to go contaminated or stagnant. For piece of mind shake it up a bit and smell it.

If it was just plain water I wouldn't have thought too much about it, but I forgot to mention that it was pre-mixed with salt. I checked the sg and it's still right on (due to being sealed and no evap I'm sure).

I leave salt pre mixed in a 55 gal barell for a long time with no problems to the mix at all. Consider in preserved and aged. When I do plan on using it I turn on the heater and powerhead the day before I make my water changes.

That's good news, I think I'll stock up in that case.
Thanks so much for the info!

RO water can be left pretty much infinitely in a sealed container with no issues... salt water can not be left infinitely, but i think a few weeks is no biggy.
