looking good Ronnie.
Personally i would not risk those ball valaves in your drains though, too much restriction

Looks like a great upgrade. What is your opinion of the stainless tech stand for the tank. Have you filled up the 120 yet on the stand. Some people say it sways a bit and is a bit "unnerving". I have no personal experience but decided to build my own after reading some reviews. Hopefuly you have something positive becuase I love the way they look. Thanks.

I can't wait to see this thing set up. Both of your tanks are amazing, I think my girlfriend fell in love with your softy tank. She asked why my tank did not have as much color as yours lol. I think I might set up a softy tank for her when i finish mine, maybe I can get her addicted to the hobby.

Looking good ronnie fill that bad boy already
Thank you, Just taking my time Like said before not looking forward to the move. Still waiting for a few more items.

Good point I'm off to Lowes for 1"union I'm going to make one with the ball valves and one with unions only just in case thank you for the input.

I have not put water in the tank yet but I have not seen it sway at all the 90 stand looks a little wobbly but I'm sure it stiffens up after its full. I'll post and let you know but right now I like it.

Just curious, what is "The Green 120".
120 is the tank size and the green is suppose to be eco friendly and save me money on electric, but the only thing I see is my green saying good by. :) ( low energy to run the pumps and lights might even use a couple of solar panel to run the tank never know).

Thank you, Chris and I love the frag. After losing some pieces adding something as pretty makes me feel better about the SPS tank but I still love the softy's.:)

Ronnie the 1" union is going to restrict the drain flow also. If you want unions so incase you need to take it apart I would suggest sizing up on the unions. If you look though a union you see that it has a smaller inside diameter then the same size pipe does.

Yeah the greenish color with the pink tips really make it stand out i think. The color on the acan really stands out as well, can't wait for it to grow. Yeah your softy's are sick no other word, that tank can stand next to any sps tank i have seen. Oh and my girlfriend was saying she would get an English mastiff, thanks maybe i will get my giant breed even if its not a Dane.

The last two days I've been glueing and painting not so green as my wife says what a waste of tape and paint and ignoring her but I like the way it came out. I was thinking about the restrict on the ball valves and unions and I'm not to worry it's only a softy's tank and I don't need much turn over. Thank you, still waiting on parts for the electrical some DJ switches and Carbon reactor, fan if anyone sees a red and white fan LMK.:)

English Mastiff's are great, Our Sophie has a great temperament and she is so lazy, she just sleeps all the time. She does know when to play though. Just be careful and get one from a good breeder and make sure they are OFA certified. You want he or she to be as healthy as possible. Good luck, they are nothing but big balls of love. And they're great at keeping you warm too!

When is the water going in???? As if your softies tank wasn't SWEET enough. Now it's in a 120 with uber sweet equipment.

As far as the restriction Ronnie, its not just the amount of turn over. Its when a piece of crud that has built up inside your pipework breaks away.
I think you know the rest:D

Thank you, Barry. In the next couple of weeks I hope. That is one nice sump you got there can't wait to see what you do.
