12" mixed reef cube

Just picked up a 12x12x12 cube made by deep blue from Jeremy at cra today. Gonna start the build thread right here and document the progress. To start off this might be alittle slow but once it gets going should be quick because I'm gonna use rock from my 180. Do you guys think I should order the glass-holes nano kit or should I drill it in the middle of the bottom and surround the overflow with rocks ????

Hoping to get a mp10 for flow and use a maxi jet 1200 for a return pump from a 5 gallon sump. I have been looking at the octopus ns80 skimmer.... Looks promising. For lighting probally just gonna grab a par38 led bulb

30$ for 12" the 10" is 25 and the 8" is 20 I think.....

Quality is great way better than a mr aqua...... Rimless and black silicon and they are not tempered

I am in a process of setup a nano at work office. This is exactly what I am looking for (way better than the Chi tank).

So let's get this build rolling I snapped a couple pictures of the stand..... It's a 12" cube hanging cupboard used in kitchens.... Gonna stain it a dark brown .... I bought a 16x16 floor tile to place the tank on..... I think looks pretty good so far... The stand cost me 52$ at lowes

What does the 8x8 cost... Maybe something plastic food grade would do the trick

I believe these are tempered all deep blue tank are tempered double check on theat maybe do a tempered glass test

I was gona set up the exact same thing but Ill just have to go with a hob filter

I emailed deep blue and they said it is not tempered
