I have 2 Percula clownfish and 2 cinamon tomato clowns in my 65 gallon tank. they do chase eachother and nip a little but that is about it.

Should i remove one of the pairs?

I have a 90 gal with a pair of pink skunk clowns that roam the tank,a pair of maroons that own my RBT anemone, and a pair of saddle backs that remain in my carpet anemone and they don't have a problem with each other at all..I am sure it is because I waited and introduced them all into my tank on the same day so they sort of distinguished each of their own territories.

I'd say it is more luck than anything. If they are in there and behaving then that is awesome but I certainly wouldn't be saying it is something that should be tried.

I've seen a 180 with a pair of percs living at one end, and a pair of maroons living at the other end. There were a good dozen BTA's all over the place so they had plenty of hosts to choose from.

In anything smaller than that I would say Just don't try it. Even in a tank that large I think it was likely more luck than anything else that made it work.

In my 120, I have a pair of pink skunks that hang out less than a foot from a pair of ocellaris clowns and there is no fighting and both regularly spawn. :)

Tomato clowns are one of the meaner species. I think you will have trouble long term with two different species in a 65 gallon system.
