K... So I ended up buying the overflow I posted in post #17. I think I am going to plug the hole with a dual threaded bulkhead both inside and out.

So, it looks like I get to drill a tank for the first time. Should be interesting.

Ordered diamond hole saws to drill back panel.

I did have a successful water test lol
