This is what I used for mine, 57W and 25W have the same PVC body. They also work on mounting the ballast. I believe HD/Lowes sells them a little cheaper, but you can use the Grainger dimensions for reference.

Also made a stupid mistake!!! Purchased the Aqua UV sterilizer w/ wiper... Thought it would be a nice feature to clean the quartz sleeve lol until i found out its meant for FW only. Dont make my mistake! Have to wait for it to be delivered and return for exchange now haha
