4" hole saw.

I need to put a couple of 4" holes in a sheet of acrylic and was wondering if anyone had a hole saw bit I could borrow. I could bring the piece of acrylic to you if that is easier.

I have one but I'm a bit far from you. It would cost you more in gas than it's worth. If you have a harbor freight near you they are $13.99 for a whole set, 2,3,4,5". Bring a coupon with you and get it for even less.

harborfreight has a 20% off cupon on the website. their saws are not very good quality but will work for what you need them for.

Thanks guys, I will look into that. $14 isn't bad. The other ones I saw were quite a bit more expensive and didn't really seem worth it as this is the only thing I will use them.

I've got a good one I'd be happy to let you borrow, I can bring it to work in Hyde park any week day. It's only been used to cut acrylic so it's still nice and sharp. I must give you a heads up, if your using it for a 4" filter sock, it will get the job done; it's just a bit on the loose side for the "rim" of the sock. I think a slightly smaller size would be a little more ideal (like 3-3/4" would probably be perfect)
