I’m looking to pull together the necessary stuff for a CA rx.......looking for a tank as most places are trade and take so no use in me buying a nice new one.

Have you tried welding supply shops. Speedway here in Gloucester will refill them No need for rental. Also you can buy them on amazon

I can get a tank on amazon at a fair price. Does anyone know a local place that fills on site? If I buy a good one, or a 10# I wouldn’t want to swap it

I can give you a 5 pound tank, pick up in Groton. No Idea on cert status, it was given to me. But could work for a trade in, maybe.
