hi i have a 8 bulb t5 light i had 4 blue plus 3 coral plus and a purple but i was of thinking of putting a attnic in a nd take a blue out i think i still would have good growth for sps?

Yes. You could ditch two of the Coral Plus and go with 2 Actinic.

I have;
First stage;
Actinic x2
Blue Plus x2

Second stage;
First Stage +
Blue Plus x2
Coral Plus
Fiji Purple

I'm a big fan of tossing a GE 6500 in the mix.

I was running 10 bulbs
5 x ati blue +
2 x ati coral +
2 x ati purple +
1 x GE 6500

The color was excellent. Not overly blue.

wouldnt 2 attnics slow the growth down?

nope. My SPS grows like crazy... Everything from Millis on the bottom to Slimers in the middle to Torts on top.
