Acclimating dalmatian molly to full saltwater?

Picked up a dalmatian molly today. I need to acclimate it to full saltwater. Over how long of a period should I do this to be safe?

Thanks.

Using a drip, I did it over 2 days with Sailfin mollies. One problem with the mollies is that they are really good eaters of anything and everything you feed... and this can be a real problem if you have other fish that you try to target feed...

Just looked up my old post on the topic: I had 50% mortality rate over 2 days. So longer is probably better!

yowsa!!! thanks for the tipl I will deifnitely stretch it out.
Luckily idon't have many fish and they are all voracious eaters :D

B/W this and my magnesium supplements I am hoping that something will finally make a dent into my HA problem. I've tried everything else (except siphoning out my shallow sand bed)

I once put a molly in my 55gal fish-only tank to help it cycle and it outlived a lot of my saltwater fish! :)

Looks like a dachsund to me.

She's a daschund - she's supposed to be a miniature but she's quite a little piggy ~ she's cute and a tremendous pain in the neck - she misses Andrew and sticks to me like glue when I'm home.
