Advice on heaters, rock, and sand

I am upgrading to a 65 gal.(36X18X24) with a sump of approx. 15 gal. for a total for about 80 gal. What size heaters would I need? I want to go with two heaters for the safety factor. The tank is in a basement that averages about 65 degrees. Also, anyone have a recommendation on what brand of heaters.

I am going to be getting Marco dry rock. I have about 35-40Lbs. of LR in my BC29 right now, I was thinking of getting 50Lbs and then adding my LR. Any opinions?

As for the sand, I am thinking of going with Marco sand. How much would I need for a nice sand bed? A decent depth of sand would be nice, maybe 2-3"

For heaters I be leave and anyone can correct me but I be leave its 2 watts per gal. So ur looking at 160 - 200 watts for heating and heaters I use blue line (I think) tatium heaters for for the spellin not all that great at it
