Aloha!!!!

karl wagner

salinate me!
Doin' tons of snorkeling. Pretty much all over Maui, now I'm on Kaua'i and I'm loving it. Going to continue taking lots of pictures. I'd like to have some hawaiian anthias shipped back but I'm not sure I can pull it off from here. I may have to do it when I get back. I ripped out the page of the yellow pages and will share.

My back is red, my front is yet to be exposed to the sun.

So many convict, achilles, unicorn, naso, blonde naso, kole, lavender, guttatus tangs, moorish idols, green sea turtles, cat's paw corals, porites, various encrusting montipora types. Great place to go!!

Sounds like you are having fun! Wish I was there :)
Karl if you want you can ship them to me and pick them up when you get back
I just setup my 120 and I am going to be adding some anthias soon

It's been a long time since I was there (mid 80's), but I carried home several fish on the plane that I had collected the day before.

Hi Karl,
My wife and I honeymooned on Kaua'i and Maui as well. If your looking for a good, romantic place to eat on Kaua'i, see if you can get reservation for sunset at the beach house resturant.
I think the snorkling was better on Maui, but Kaua'i was much more relaxing. We also were able to snorkle next to the turtles on Kaua'i. They came right next to us. (You could have touch them if you were so inclined, but we had been discourged from doing so.)
Have a great honeymoon.
Jeff

Oahu is awsome....Waikiki (learn to surf!), The North Shore (big wave pro-surfers).
Maui is incredible (pro windsurfers at K?????? beach ) and the Big Island , Hawaii, with its active volcano and 5 temperate zone weather is also not to be missed ! We stayed at the Mona Lani on the big island and I dove the lava tubes...really cool, lots of fish, turtles, soft corals...some hard corals.

I forget what island this is on but try to get to Hanalua bay....snorkeling right of the beach is incredible....we saw octopus, giant coral heads, turtles, rays, many many shools o' fish and more ...I think it is on either Maui or the big island.

The helicopter tour at Blue Hawaii Helicopters is awesome...a must do !!!

Aloha and have a great time !
