Just about all my elongata is gone.
I'm not sure if my Coral Beauty killed it by picking at it or if it's just dying back and getting tasty. The CB will pick at the xenia and the Nepthea exclusively. The Nepthea is doing just fine and is actually thriving. This all seems to have happened after making the move to my 90 gallon and adding a fug.
The stuff rarely pulses now and is turning white and disintegrating.Oh well, love it,hate it......it may be extinct in my tank soon.

It's not uncommon for xenia to just have a crash. It will mostly die off but some will survive and it'll start over...

It looks pretty sickly now.
It might be because I've added so much water volume with the sump, upgrade to 90 gallon and small refugium there isn't really too much nutients in the water.Every other coral in the tank is thriving and I have no nuisance algae to speak of now.Chaeto is doubling every 2-3 weeks.Other than the xenia taking a dive, things are doing really well.
