Anyone feed their corals pellets?

My Ricordea Floridas love eating micro fish pellets. It's amazing to watch them slow motion swallow a clump of pellets over 20 minutes and stretch their mouths out. They also love mysis/brine shrimp when they can get them, but they are usually removed by small currents even with the water flow off.

My Montipora Confusa, Zoanthids, Stylopora, and Xenia enjoy Coral Frenzy or target fed phytoplankton.

I try not to feed more than 1-2x a week, it adds nutrients even with attempts to target feed.
