Anyone has a DIY biopellet reactor?

It looks simple enough for a DIY, anyone ever built one?
Also, what exactly in the biopellet.
 
I just use a normal tlf media reactor. I soak the pellets or 2-3 day and they cont float after that. Then I just toss them in the reactor. The tumble well and don't float away.
